Erika levou o tio, Paulo Roberto Braga, 68 anos, j\u00e1 morto, para receber um empr\u00e9stimo, previamente autorizado, em uma ag\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria em Bangu, na zona oeste do Rio.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1592665&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1592665&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com advogada Ana Carla Corr\u00eaa, que defende \u00c9rika, sua cliente sofre de depress\u00e3o e n\u00e3o teria percebido que seu tio teria morrido no trajeto para o banco. A defesa tamb\u00e9m entrou nesta sexta-feira (26) com um pedido da revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o preventiva de sua cliente para que ela responda ao processo em liberdade.<\/p>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico ainda est\u00e1 dentro do prazo legal de 15 dias para se pronunciar sobre o pedido de soltura ou n\u00e3o de \u00c9rika Vieira. Na semana passada, dois advogados, um de S\u00e3o Paulo e outro do Rio de Janeiro, que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sub-estabelecidos para defender \u00c9rika, entraram com a\u00e7\u00f5es na Justi\u00e7a e acabaram tumultuando o caso. Como eles n\u00e3o t\u00eam procura\u00e7\u00e3o para atuar na a\u00e7\u00e3o, o presidente da 5a. C\u00e2mara Criminal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, desembargador Cairo Italo Fran\u00e7a David pediu para que a acusada responda no processo quem \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel por sua defesa.<\/p>\n<p>A ju\u00edza natural do caso \u00e9 a titular da 2a Vara Criminal do F\u00f3rum de Bangu, Luciana Mocco Moreira Lima, que vai decidir se \u00c9rika poder\u00e1 responder \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a em pris\u00e3o domiciliar<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9rika tem resid\u00eancia fixa e morava com quatro filhos, sendo dois menores de 17 e 14 anos. A filha ca\u00e7ula tem retardo no desenvolvimento normal, diagnosticado aos 6 anos de idade. O documento foi anexado pela defesa, com pedido para que a m\u00e3e possa estar perto da filha que necessita de sua presen\u00e7a f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>A advogada Ana Carla Corr\u00eaa esteve hoje (27) pela manh\u00e3 no Complexo de Gericin\u00f3 visitando \u00c9rika para saber como ela est\u00e1 passando e se est\u00e1 tomando normalmente os medicamentos de uso cont\u00ednuo prescritos por seu m\u00e9dico.
