O ex-CEO do Grupo Americanas Miguel Gutierrez foi solto neste s\u00e1bado (29) em Madri, na Espanha, ap\u00f3s prestar depoimento \u00e0s autoridades espanholas. Ele havia sido preso ontem (28) pela pol\u00edcia espanhola.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Segundo a defesa de Gutierrez, ele jamais participou ou teve conhecimento de qualquer fraude. \u201cVem colaborando com as autoridades, prestando os esclarecimentos devidos nos foros pr\u00f3prios, manifestando uma vez mais sua absoluta confian\u00e7a nas autoridades brasileiras e internacionais\u201d, diz a nota da defesa.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A defesa argumenta ainda que ele est\u00e1 em sua resid\u00eancia em Madri, no mesmo endere\u00e7o comunicado desde 2023 \u00e0s autoridades espanholas e brasileiras, \u201conde sempre esteve \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os interessados nas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em curso\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O executivo foi preso por meio de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o policial internacional, atrav\u00e9s da Pol\u00edcia Federal. Ele era o principal alvo foragido da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Disclosure, deflagrada nesta quinta-feira (27).\u00a0<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi efetuada<\/a> pela pol\u00edcia espanhola na manh\u00e3 desta sexta (28), em Madri, ap\u00f3s a inclus\u00e3o do nome do investigado na lista de Difus\u00e3o Vermelha da Interpol.<\/p>\n
