Uma equipe da For\u00e7a Nacional do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS) composta por dois m\u00e9dicos, dois enfermeiros e dois t\u00e9cnicos inicia nesta segunda-feira (1\u00ba) uma miss\u00e3o explorat\u00f3ria em comunidades ind\u00edgenas de Assis Brasil (AC). De acordo com o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, a proposta \u00e9 investigar e tratar quadros de gripe, s\u00edndrome respirat\u00f3ria aguda grave (SRAG) e diarreia.<\/p>\n

\u201cAl\u00e9m dos atendimentos, ser\u00e1 feito o diagn\u00f3stico vivo da situa\u00e7\u00e3o no local. O aumento expressivo das doen\u00e7as t\u00eam causado \u00f3bitos de crian\u00e7as e idosos\u201d, destacou a pasta por meio de nota. As secretarias de Sa\u00fade Ind\u00edgena (Sesai) e de Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade e Ambiente tamb\u00e9m monitoram a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que as atividades se estendam por cinco dias. Segundo a Secretaria de Sa\u00fade do Acre, notifica\u00e7\u00f5es recentes mostram que crian\u00e7as de 1 a 5 anos e idosos acima de 60 anos \u201cs\u00e3o desproporcionalmente afetados\u201d com as doen\u00e7as citadas. \u201cAl\u00e9m disso, foram registradas mortes entre crian\u00e7as menores de 5 anos em aldeias locais\u201d.<\/p>\n

O Sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade ind\u00edgena registra duas etnias vivendo na regi\u00e3o, Jaminawa e Manchineri, totalizando 2,1 mil ind\u00edgenas distribu\u00eddos em 32 aldeias.<\/p>\n
