Mudan\u00e7as destacadas \u00e0 proposta, que podem modificar trechos, ainda ser\u00e3o votadas pelos parlamentares.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cA proposta define as diretrizes gerais para o Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS), a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Social sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS) e o Imposto Seletivo (IS), tamb\u00e9m conhecido como \u2018imposto do pecado&#8217;\u201d, afirmou o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, respons\u00e1vel por apresentar o projeto em abril.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>O presidente da C\u00e2mara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), criou no fim de maio um grupo de trabalho (GT) formado por sete deputados para discutir o texto, que passou por audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas e reuni\u00f5es com entidades interessadas na tramita\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos principais pontos de embate foi a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos itens que seriam inclu\u00eddos na cesta b\u00e1sica nacional de al\u00edquota zero e aqueles afetados pelo imposto do pecado.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do PLP 68\/24, existe ainda uma segunda proposta de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria. O PLP 108\/24 trata do Comit\u00ea Gestor e da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS).
